It's important to know that PetroSmart EZ users have additional backup and support. Often problems that arise aren't the result of component failure, but simply questions pertaining to programming, operational and financial settlement issues. Manned by a trained staff experienced in handling common questions posed by convenience store personnel, CircleNetTM will provide operator assistance and troubleshooting for both the PetroSmart EZ console and the PS1500 payment terminal.
